'Skin Deep'

Is a unique confidence building course aimed at women. We work with groups for five sessions and look at issues around body image, language, how we relate to our own bodies........... we get the group feeling good and at the end of the course. We turn our bodies into a piece of art. This course is a remarkable journey!

Firstly in having the confidence to show parts of your body to a stranger is quite a challenge and achievement, but then to decorate and paint it afterwards must be very rewarding, and hopefully build a sense of pride in the beauty of all shapes and sizes of bodies in the women who participated.
