Fire-walk Fire-walking is as old as man himself, there are numerous biblical refernces to fire-walking, the vikings used to walk bare-foot across red hot iron bars, and the !Kung tribe of the kalahari desert are a fire worshipping tribe who dance across it and rub the hot coals over their bodies. Fire-walking was introduced to 'the west' in the late 1970's by Tolly Burkan, the founder of the global fire-walking movement and his training methods are well respected throughout the world and within the fire-walking community. Well known graduates of his school include; Anthony Robbins and Peggy Dylan. Lee Walls founder of Soulfire also trained with and is personally accredited by Tolly Burkan. Fire-walking is the ultimate personal challenge, the event itself lasts for around 3-4 hours, Lee will use techniques developed over the past 30 years and which are based on fire walking traditions dating back thousands of years. The workshop acts as the catalyst which enables people to reach out and go beyond self imposed limitations. Participants become aware that we create our own reality and the only limitations we have are the ones imposed by ourselves. There is nothing to fear but fear itself.......... The workshop is truly liberating, it enables us to quite literally 'step outside the box' and make the changes in our lives that allow us to move forward with ease. Lee is an inspring facilitator, who brings humour, up to the minute pyschology and a calm professional approach to all of our events.
